Communication brings connection.
Connection builds community.
I am a licensed and nationally accredited Speech-Language Pathologist in working out of Portland, Oregon, providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, consultation, and community education for children, adolescents, and their caregivers.
Communication rights and justice are at the core of my practice. Using a neurodiversity affirming approach, I identify a child’s strengths and fully understand a family’s values to develop an intervention plan that celebrates the unique way each person grows and develops.
My practice is rooted in an understanding that neurodiversity is natural. I support authentic communication through skill building, self-advocacy, caregiver education, and removing barriers that a neurotypical world places on neurodivergent communication. My strengths include supporting Autistic communication, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Speech-sound production, Gestalt Language Processing, and Narrative Language. And with over a decade of additional experience in medical settings, I am equipped to serve a diverse array of communication needs.
My practice is mobile, offering services in clients' homes, public locations, and virtually, meeting children and their families where they are. Learn more about my Services and Location options.
